Passion, integrity and knowledge form the foundation on which the Deeter Advisory Group was first built in 2010. Since then, Deeter Advisory Group has carved out a niche in the marketplace while maintaining a commitment to its founding principles. Their success is based on a strong reputation of excellence in comprehensive financial planning, specialized investment management and service-based relationships.

Although Deeter Advisory Group first opened its doors six years ago, founder Josh Deeter, has been in the financial industry for more than a decade. He started with his father, honing the skills and experience he would use to successfully manage his firm.

Today, Deeter Advisory Group provides best-in-class wealth management to a wide range of approximately 70 clients of all ages, including individuals, families and small business owners. In a concerted effort to maintain a boutique feel while continuing to provide exceptional service, the firm accepts three to five new clients per year.

“Clients appreciate that at Deeter Advisory Group they are not just a number or a file folder,” Deeter says. “Someone is constantly watching their account and their numbers, especially during times when the economy is volatile. Their relationship with me is key and the support and knowledge we bring to that relationship is paramount.

Deeter earned a degree from Xavier University in financial planning and received a Certified Financial Planning (CFP) certificate. He also holds an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), specializing in fiduciary liability and responsibility. Those certifications allow Deeter to customize portfolios and personalize financial plans by making unbiased recommendations that truly are unique to each client. In addition, he consults on defined contribution and defined benefit plans and works with individuals assessing risk-management and college savings plans, as well.

“When I sit down with a client, I keep in mind that estate planning can’t be guided by a one-size-fits-all approach. It must be customized depending on each client’s individual needs and goals,” says Deeter.

Deeter likens himself to the quarterback of a client’s financial planning team. He works with CPAs and insurance agents to ensure everything is in good working order. This level of integration helps set the client on a path toward success.

Deeter Advisory Group is located at 621 Wooster Pike, Terrace Park, OH 45174. You can reach them at 513.289.5056 or visit deeteradvisory.com.
