Q. WHAT WAS THE SPARK FOR YOUR CAREER IN REAL ESTATE?

A. After a 10-year career in education with the Forest Hills school district, I was looking for greater professional growth. I had always wanted to run my own business. Real estate enables me to leverage my people skills and be a true advocate for helping clients achieve their goals.

Q. WHAT ARE YOUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES AS A REALTOR?

A. I always treat people the way I would want to be treated. I believe my job is about helping people make informed decisions — whether or not I have an opportunity to help them buy or sell a home. It is critical to me that I am honest and operate with integrity. I want to set my clients up for success and realistic expectations throughout the process.

Q. WHAT DO YOU SEE AS THE GREATEST STRENGTH OF THE PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE MEGAN STACEY AND JULIA WESSELKAMPER TEAMS?

A. Julia brings three decades of experience, expertise in the global luxury market and experience in staging. I’ve always had a lot of respect for her business and her listings. She was looking to partner with someone who would help her leverage technology, systems and social media to take her proven practices to the next level. It’s a win- win.

Q. WHAT’S A MOMENT IN THE LAST YEAR THAT MADE YOU LOVE YOUR JOB?

A. We work proactively in a competitive market to find homes for our buyers. As a result, we were able to network to find dear friends a house in their desired neighborhood before it went on the market. Our handwritten letters worked! We found our clients the perfect fit.

Q. WHAT SHOULD PEOPLE THINKING ABOUT BUYING OR SELLING A HOME BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR IN THE COMING YEAR?

A. In this historic market, it is critical to hire a professional. As a buyer, you want an agent who is networking and representing you as a buying agent. As a seller, you want an experienced agent who under- stands how to position your house to net the most amount of money, as well as help you get to the closing table.

Q. HOW DO YOU SUPPORT YOUR COMMUNITY?

A. I have always been passionate about supporting women in our community — I’ve been a member of the Junior League of Cincinnati for over a decade. If I am able to help inspire even one woman to take that next step into her career or personal goals, then it’s been a life well lived for me.
