Q. HOW DID YOUR JOURNEY IN REAL ESTATE BEGIN?

A. My family has all been in real estate my whole life. My parents told me that no matter what else I pursue, I should definitely get my real estate license. I did, launched my career and never looked back!

Q. WHAT ARE YOUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES AS A REALTOR?

A. I look at my life each day and ask how I can be the best version of myself to honor God and help others. I can’t change someone’s tires or do their taxes, but I can successfully navigate the real estate market for them and secure the best results possible when buying or selling!

Q. WHAT DO YOU SEE AS THE GREATEST STRENGTH OF THE PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE MEGAN STACEY AND JULIA WESSELKAMPER TEAMS?

A. Megan and I are aligned morally. We are believers in taking the best care of people, both our teammates and our clients. We believe in giving back. We honor our families and our communities. We also share a passion for marketing and systems and elevate those processes to deliver the very best results possible. We also are committed to equality for all and female empowerment. We intentionally have an all-female team who works every day to support and grow each other!

Q. WHAT ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR REALTORS WHO WANT TO ACHIEVE YOUR LEVEL OF SUCCESS?

A. This is not a hobby or side gig. Be ready to work harder at this than anything else you have done. Respect your peers. Stay humble — it’s easy to have a good year and feel like a big shot. The Realtor who shows up professionally and consistently and helps others will be successful and have longevity.

Q. WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE TO WORK WITH A REALTOR LIKE YOU, WHO SPECIALIZES IN LUXURY HOMES?

A. The luxury market is a whole different animal. It’s critical to work with a Realtor who knows how to navigate the expectations of the clients: both buyers and sellers, the best possible property presentation, jumbo-financing and has good relationships with others in that particular arena.

Q. WHAT UP-AND-COMING AREAS IN CINCINNATI ARE YOU EXCITED ABOUT?

A. I am from Cincinnati and have been a Realtor for 34 years now, so I have been blessed to work in every facet of our Greater Cincinnati areas. I am seeing a lot of attention given to Evanston, North Avondale, the Incline District of Price Hill, Madisonville, Walnut Hills and Madeira. The greatest thing I am seeing, though, is a love of our city and many people choosing to move “back home” and make their life here. I think we have a perfect and very welcoming place to call home for everyone!
