America’s Race is the Greatest Two Minutes in Sports, but the Ladies of Kindervelt 50 hosted more than just a Derby Party. “Hats, Horses and Hearts” was a celebration to raise much needed funds to support the breakthrough care provided through the Cincinnati Children’s Heart Institute Neurodevelopmental Educational Clinic.
Kenwood Country Club was transformed into a breath-taking décor design by Chrissie Blatt Creative while a crowd of 285 Kindervelt supporters donned their Derby-Chic hats and attire, sipped mint juleps and placed their bets on their favorite Kentucky Derby Horse Contender. An affair complete with bourbon tasting, dinner and desserts by the bite, and unique silent auction and raffle items, went late into the night with music and dancing by KillerSpots.com. This was one of Kindervelt #50 most successful events, raising over $85,000 in revenue.
Kindervelt #50 “Hats, Horses & Hearts” was presented by Mercedes of Cincinnati, John R. Jurgensen Companies and Pure Romance, LLC. Event co-chairs were Jessica Cicchinelli, Heather Joseph, Daphne Jurgensen and Jessica Levine.
