Santa Maria Community Services, Inc. is pleased to announce its fall health fair. The free health fair will take place on Saturday, October 9, 2021, from 12–3 p.m. at the Price Hill Recreation Center located at 959 Hawthorne Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45205.
This fall’s health fair will include free COVID-19 antigens and antibodies testing for adults as well as free COVID-19 vaccines for those with an appointment (call 513-557-7249 for English/Español). Those receiving a vaccine may choose between Johnson and Johnson and Pfizer (second doses of Pfizer will be provided on October 30, 12-3 p.m. at the Price Hill Recreation Center). Ages 18 and up are eligible to receive the Johnson and Johnson vaccine and ages 12 and up are eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine. Individuals receiving their first vaccine will receive a $100 gift card.
The St. Elizabeth mammography van will be performing free mammograms by appointment only (call 513-557-7249 for English/Español). The health fair will also include free food and personal protective equipment distribution. In addition, Molina Healthcare is sponsoring a food truck, offering a free meal to participants. There will be free parking at the Price Hill Recreation Center, plus additional parking will be available at ARCO (Price Hill Will), located at 3301 Price Avenue. The Cancer Justice Network will be sponsoring a shuttle service for participants from ARCO to the event. La Mega 97.7 will also be broadcasting live from the event.
